This natural exfoliation product, which is very easy to make, will remove dead skin cells, smooth rough areas and leave your skin perfectly smooth. You can change the mint with any other oil scent you like, but always keep in mind one very important rule: try the product inside of your hand before using it to make sure you avoid any allergic reaction.

What you need is:

4 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (you can use almond oil, which has a lighter texture)

4 drops of mint oil (or whichever you prefer)

All you have to do is mix your ingredients in a bowl for some time. If you want a softer fragrance to your scrub you can put fewer drops of essential oil. The proportions are enough for only one treatment but you can make more by multiplying the doses. You can then put the scrub in airtight glass jars and store them in a dark place.
